She recognized the awakened Cosmic Weapon from old songs with visible dread. Three earlier expeditions to the Reliquary Chamber failed before Mira reached it.

Rook leads The Unreal's War Council and its Dragonborn warriors, and she is the one who accepted Mira into the fight.
